Finally got a break from having to spend all weekend doing work! Also it is October, my favorite month of the year, in honor of the new chill in the air, I thought it seemed appropriate to cook up some Chili. Made Chili this weekend, the recipe is from Martha Stewart Living Magazine's newest edition. Took alot of time to make, but it was SO worth it. I started it Friday night but couldn't eat until today because i started it too late, it has to cook for three hours and I got hungry. Served with dallop of sour cream, cheddar cheese, half of an avocado and cornbread with green chili's. Here is the Chili making process :
