Palmetto Macaroni and Cheese

This stuff is so good! The recipe came from the grocery store!

1 lb macaroni
1 - 12oz tub pimento cheese (obviously this uses the specific brand in the recipe and I used half jalapeno and half regular)
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook macaroni until tender (about 12 mins) then drain and set aside
2. Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour until combined
3. Cook mixture for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
4. Add milk and stir until mixture is dissolved
5. Stir until thickened, once thickened add 1 cup of pimento cheese and remove from heat
6. Stir until combined, add salt to taste.
7. Add macaroni and sauce in 9x13 pan and bake at 350 until bubbly.
