Girl friend! 50 carbs?? yeah thats hard. I find it hard to stay under 100 even. I do find the upping the protein helps a lot. Lately I have been into those turkey peperoni's. I pack a little bag for a snack during the day. You can have like 17 slices and its only 70 calories! It will get easier each day. I try to just take it one day at a time, which is easier said than done. However, I have absolute faith in you. I KNOW you can do it, and I am sooooooo proud of you.
