Flavorful Beef Stir Fry

Ya'll, I am not really a big stir-fry kinda person. My biggest complaint is that it never seems to have enough flavor or pizazz. This recipe is the best I've had and has a ton of flavor (especially the beef..oh.my.gosh.)! Play with the sauce until you like it, that's what I did!

Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients: Steaks, Mixed Vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, peas, carrots, etc.) *you can buy a bag of mixed veggies @ the store.*, Jasmine Rice (optional)

Marinade (four steaks cut into strips):
3 tbsp Orange Juice
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1 clove garlic
1 tsp dried crushed ginger (the powder) or 1 inch chopped fresh ginger

Let strips of beef marinate for a few hours.


1/2 cup Water
2 tsp Cornstarch
1 TBSP Oyster Sauce
1 TBSP Ketchup
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
Pinch of ginger powder (same you used in marinade)
Pinch of crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Salt to taste

1. Heat about 2 TBSP of oil in wok.
2. Cook meat until almost done then remove.

3. Add vegetables and cook until tender

4. Add meat back into wok along with sauce.

5. Cook until meat is done.

6. Serve over Jasmine Rice
